University professors specializing in adapted physical activity, who supervised the organization of the 3rd edition of the sports competition for persons with disabilities in 2026, hosted by the Institute of Sports and Physical Activity Sciences at Djilali Bounaama University, were also honored. On this occasion, the Wali extended his sincere congratulations to all people of determination, praising their strong will and creative abilities that reflect perseverance, resilience, and the transformation of challenges into achievements. He wished them a blessed celebration and continued success, while also saluting the families and educational teams who accompany them on their journey. On the sidelines of the celebration, the Wali held a meeting with a group of people of determination, during which some concerns were discussed. He affirmed that local authorities will spare no effort in supporting and accompanying them, and in strengthening their integration into society.

Innovation and Digital Platforms During the fourth stage of the field visit, the Minister visited the FabLab (fabrication laboratory) and oversaw the launch of the digital platform of the Interfaces Center, aimed at supporting innovation and assisting student entrepreneurs.
