The Wali and his accompanying delegation also visited the joint exhibition organized for the occasion, which included stands from different specialized institutions under the solidarity sector. University professors specializing in adapted physical activity, who supervised the organization of the 3rd edition of the sports competition for persons with disabilities in 2026, hosted by the Institute of Sports and Physical Activity Sciences at Djilali Bounaama University, were also honored. On this occasion, the Wali extended his sincere congratulations to all people of determination, praising their strong will and creative abilities that reflect perseverance, resilience, and the transformation of challenges into achievements. He wished them a blessed celebration and continued success, while also saluting the families and educational teams who accompany them on their journey. On the sidelines of the celebration, the Wali held a meeting with a group of people of determination, during which some concerns were discussed. He affirmed that local authorities will spare no effort in supporting and accompanying them, and in strengthening their integration into society.

Innovation and Digital Platforms During the fourth stage of the field visit, the Minister visited the FabLab (fabrication laboratory) and oversaw the launch of the digital platform of the Interfaces Center, aimed at supporting innovation and assisting student entrepreneurs. The event opened with a welcoming speech from a representative of the Directorate of Social Activity and Solidarity, followed by remarks from the Director of the Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities. بتاريخ اليوم الاربعاء 25 جوان 2025 وتحت توجيهات الأستاذ #برابح_محمد_الشيخ مدير جامعة الشهيد الجيلالي بونعامة خميس مليانة استقبل الأستاذ #بن_عناية_جلول نائب مدير الجامعة للبيداغوجيا وفدا عن أعضاء اللجنة الوطنية لترقية الرياضة الجامعية لدى وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي ممثلة في العضوين البروفيسور #يوسفي_فتحي والبروفيسور #بلغول_فتحي. وقد حضر هذا الاجتماع: الأستاذ بوكراتم بلقاسم، مدير المعهد السيدة بن سماعيلي سامية، الامينة العامة للجامعة السيد الهادي تمار، المدير الفرعي للأنشطة العلمية، الثقافية والرياضية. حيث وقفت اللجنة على مدى تطبيق برنامج وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي بخصوص تطوير ودعم الرياضة الجامعية حيث كان اللقاء جد ثري وذلك بتقديم كل الارشادات والتوجيهات اللازمة بهذا الخصوص. كما كان للوفد زيارة للمرافق التي تحتوي عليها جامعة خميس مليانة ممثلة بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية وزيارة الاقامات الجامعية لدى مديرية الخدمات الجامعية.
